Special adjuvant for ascites, pharmaceutical grade, is an auxiliary substance that is injected into the body in advance and can enhance the body's immune response to antigens or change the type of immune response. It is mainly used in the preparation of monoclonal antibody ascites. Before inoculating hybridoma cells into the abdominal cavity of mice, injecting this adjuvant into the abdominal cavity can induce the rapid proliferation of hybridoma cells in the abdominal cavity and produce and secrete more antibodies.

 
Storage: After centrifugation, the ascites can be transferred to a new centrifuge tube and frozen at -20°C. It can also be mixed with sterilized glycerol in equal proportions and placed in a -20°C refrigerator for long-term storage. If the storage time is long, it can also be transferred to - 80℃ refrigerator.
